Windows 10 Creators Update brought some changes. You will notice one of the changes if you are using Windows Defender. This security tool now has more options, all placed in the Windows Defender Security Center.

When you select this, your PC will reboot, and Windows Defender Offline will look up for the threats. Once this is done, your PC will boot to Windows normally.
