With a high specification, Elite X3 support the reliable feature of Windows 10 Mobile: continuum. The feature allows a Windows 10 Mobile devices to turn into a PC by using the continuum accessories, like the dock. However, there is a limitation of the continuum feature on Windows 10 Mobile device: it can run the apps on a conventional desktop. HP can go over this limitation by offering an app catalog (dubbed HP Workspace) that’ll give you access to the virtualized apps on the new device. This HP solution seems will be loved by professionals.

HP provides a Desk Dock to connect Elite X3 to some desktop peripherals, like a monitor, keyboard, etc. Desk Dock is equipped with a DisplayPort, two USB-A and one USB-C port, as well as a wired Ethernet port. What makes it special is, the availability of continuum accessory that they called Mobile Extender. This accessory has a 12.5-inch display size in a notebook form factor that wirelessly connects with the Elite X3 to offer a laptop-like experience. It’s the first continuum accessory in a notebook form factor and it looks so thin and beautiful.
